Hans Adlkofer heads the System Group activities of the Automotive division at Infineon Technologies AG, the world market leader in semiconductors for the automotive industry.

Driving semiconductor-based innovation for the decarbonization and digitalization of the transforming automotive industry, his team addresses the system requirements for semiconductor solutions for use in future vehicle generations, including the transition towards electrical-electronic (E/E) architectures as a basis for the software-defined vehicle. Hans Adlkofer joined Infineon in 1996 (Semiconductor Group of Siemens AG until 1999).

He initially headed the Application Center of the Security and Chip Card ICs division and then, located in Singapore, headed all of the division‘ activities for the Asian market. He then took over responsibility for Automotive Sensors and then the Automotive System Group.

He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with focus on data technology from Technical University of Munich, Germany.
