Leveraging over 25 years of technology and business leadership, he is the driving force behind shaping cutting-edge MLSoC™ products designed specifically for the software-defined vehicle era. Stephan is instrumental in cementing SiMa.ai’s position as the foundational intelligence for next-gen ADAS and In-Vehicle Infotainment, delivering industry-shattering ML compute performance with radical power efficiency.

Before joining SiMa.ai, Stephan shaped the automotive landscape through a series of highimpact executive roles at Robert Bosch. As SVP business unit leader for Automated Driving Systems, he led the core hardware and software technology chains that define the industry today. His legacy includes laying the strategic groundwork for SAE Level 2+, Level 3 and Level 4 automated driving systems and central architectures, in addition to an impactful threeyear tenure as VP of Engineering for brake systems at Bosch US.
